Mr. Kinahan’s Physics class recently finished the unit on force and motion in one dimension and two dimensions. The students worked hard to understand the motion of objects on an incline plane while accounting for frictional forces. In MS Math we recently completed a chapter about equations, inequalities, and functions. The skill focus was: evaluating variable expressions and solving equations using mental math. Students learned how to write equations, simplify expressions, and solve equations (involving multiple steps), how to analyze functions, and how to graph them. Report cards will be sent home on Friday, January 16.
