One of SLAS’ teaching assistants is suffering from a hyperthyroid infection, which has caused a dramatic decrease in her white blood cells count. She is currently in the intensive care unit here in Shanghai receiving treatment. We are asking our SLAS family to come together and help support Ms. Jeany. This is a great opportunity for us all to come together and show how we can be Confident Individuals and especially be Compassionate Citizens.
SLAS has organized the following fundraisers to help out Ms. Jeany and her family during this time of need. We also ask if you can donate any baked goods for the bake sale and kiosk. These items can be given to Ms. Hazel (Rm 404). If you would like to help or make a financial contribution, please contact Ms. Hazel. All funds collected will be donated to Ms. Jeany to help cover the cost of her medical expenses.
We will continue the kiosk to help Ms. Jeany for the next two weeks except when there is the PTSA kiosk and the break time AP kiosk.
SLAS is greatly appreciative of any help and positive energy you can send our way. Thank you very much for your continuous support.
