We had an EXCITING FUN FILLED DAY during our annual International Day Festival on Saturday, May 23rd!

A very big congratulations to our International Festival Booth Winners – 2026

Thank you to everyone who helped make our 2026 International Festival such an incredible success! Walking through the festival, it was amazing to see the creativity, teamwork, cultural pride, and energy that students brought to each booth. The event truly reflected the spirit of our SLAS community.

We are excited to announce this year’s booth competition winners:

Third Place – Most Creative Game or Craft
Prize: Donut Party & Uniform Week Pass
Japan truly stood out for the quality and care put into the student projects and displays. One of the highlights for many visitors was the interactive Matcha Tea Making activity, which gave students and guests an opportunity to experience an important cultural tradition firsthand. You could see how excited students were to share the meaning and process behind the activity.

Second Place – Most Factual and Accurate Information
Prize: Pizza Party & Uniform Week Pass
Czech Republic impressed visitors with the depth of research and the confidence students showed while presenting information about their country. What stood out most was how prepared the students were to answer questions and explain their displays in a thoughtful and engaging way.

First Place – Most Original
Booth Design and Country Visit Experience
Prize: Pizza Party, 1 Homework Pass & Uniform Week Pass
Botswana created an outstanding booth experience that immediately captured everyone’s attention. The safari-themed atmosphere, combined with strong student work and creative details throughout the booth, made visitors feel fully immersed in the experience. It was clear how much effort and teamwork went into bringing the booth to life.

Congratulations to all of our winners, and a huge thank you to every student, parent, and staff member who contributed to making this event so special. Your hard work, creativity, and school spirit truly reflected the strength of our SLAS community.
