We have all been excitedly waiting for the Jog-a-thon to arrive; however, poor air quality did not permit us to hold our event. Continuing our tradition of giving thanks, our students in Early Years and Elementary will be holding a Thanksgiving feast on Wednesday, November 26. This past summer we added two new classrooms to our campus that are housing our ESL and elementary Art. In order to make room for the two classes, the school had to knock down our greenhouse. Thank you to all of our students and staff who participated in Spirit Week. The Pre-k, Grade 1-B, 7th grade and 10th grade won the Spirit Week competition and have been awarded a uniform free day. SLAS students recently participated in the Heart to Heart Greeting Card Design Competition and one of our very own, Lisa Kim, has been shortlisted and her design will be printed.
