Have you heard of the Shark Tank? It is a television show where real people get three minutes to convince a group of millionaires to invest in their company. The Shark Tank came to Ms. Tiana’s Business class. Her students had to pitch a business plan to Mrs. Faustina, Mr. Jamal and several teachers at LAS. Although no money was exchanged, the students learned a valuable lesson that it takes more than just a great smile and a nice personality to convince people to invest in a company.
