LAS House System

News, Newsletter

Livingston American School has instituted a House system for the school year. The House system is designed to develop positive interaction among grade levels from Preschool through to Grade 12. Students have the opportunity to gain points, both individually and collectively for their House, through various activities and events held at school. This promotes healthy competition and allows a sense of mentoring and leadership to build up between the older and the younger students.

The Houses accrue points over the school year for activities such as sports events and academics events. In addition to these events, a House can receive points for exemplifying one of the four Core Values of LAS. The four Core Values are being a proficient communicator, a confident individual, compassionate citizen of the world and an innovative thinker.
