Halloween FUN in the Wildcats Kitchen!

This week in Wildcats Kitchen, students worked on spooky finger butter cookies for Halloween. They prepared the dough, measured ingredients, and shaped each cookie into a finger. They added almond pieces as nails and used food coloring to create realistic details. After baking, students decorated their cookies with icing to make them look even scarier.

We also introduced designer scary butter cookies. Students sketched their ideas first. They used different cutters, piping bags, and chocolate chips to show their creativity. Each student produced cookies with clear shapes and thoughtful decoration choices.
The kitchen stayed busy every day. Students focused on hygiene, safe handling of tools, and cleaning their workstations. They took pride in sharing their cookies with classmates and bringing some home to show their families.

This activity supported independence, creativity, and precision. The week felt engaging and productive, with students excited to participate and improve their baking skills.
