His philosophy is “Believe in the children and they will believe in you.” He is experienced in fostering a “we” culture and not a “you” approach to leadership. All stakeholders are exposed to buy into high expectation for student achievement. This in turn builds confidence, initiative, and overall improvement in areas that affect the entire campus. To improve the quality of instruction, he will spend a considerable amount of time in classrooms observing, providing constructive feedback, coaching and developing his staff. He believes all children can learn given the appropriate instruction and time.
